OK Im on a CKD and Im taking ala to control the carbs I eat I dont eat that many but tonight suppose I go to mexican eat some fajitas, with steak, quac, cheese and beans would that be a no no. Should I either stick to protein and carbs or protien and fats and not combine either or with the ala target the carbs im eating along with the fat and protein, and take them out of my system.
