just wondering if any of you use creatine serum. i read that its supposed to be better than the regular powder, has any one got better results from the serum than the powder??

its useless. Overpriced, underpowered, just get the powder and go from there. Serum is all hype about peeing out regular powder and the serum absorbs better, etc etc, but its all bs.

its bull**** because its just a marketing ploy. as creatine is unstable in solution the actual amount of creatine you get is about 20-30% of the stated dosage.
