    Only Clen Next Month.. Help?

    hello.

    18years old. 88kg.

    Im going to do ONLY Clenbuterol in December to increase
    little musclegrowth and fatburning with little cardio.

    Anyway, witch doses should i do? how many mcg day?
    Side effects to accept?

    i wudnt do clen til older, it does strain the heart slightly, clean up ur diet more and do cardio more often,hav u tryed this already?

    I know i can get som veins with cardio and Diet.
    But the thing is that i dont want to lose any Muscles.
    What should i do?

    i wud say do a test and EQ cycle but ur too young at 18yrs

    id try some supplements at 18 rather than doing clen

    I agree bro. Let yourself finish growing yet before you start influencing it "artificially". You're still young, and you've got plenty of time.

    instead of resorting to any AAS you could take some yohimbe bark extract. that stuff works really well, personal experience, in reducing body fat. the thing is though in order for it to work diet and cardio have to be a must. Thats my opinion bro, what ya think?
