AFter 2nd cycle Testicular atrophy??

hey bros, my second cycle ended in july 17 2004 well last shot its been 4 months going on 5 in december and ive noticed my testicles dont hang like they used to after my first cycle they were still big and after my 2nd cycle(10 weeks of test cyp/bold/winny) my balls were ok, but this past week ive noticed that they dont feel as full or big. I was thinking of using HCG but have question about it.

1. where do you all get your hcg? i was thinking mexico but my source in mex doesnt carry it

2. How much does it cost USD?

3. How much do you think i should take(dosage, how long, etc) to get my testicles back up to par??
