    Question how many inches should be expected???

    How many inches bigger should my arms get if i pack on 30lbs being 5'10"???????or what is the average ratio of
    gains to arms/lbs put on???????

    According to Joe Weider, the ration is about 1 inch for every 10 pounds. So that would get you 3 inches, but it can vary

    i too have heard 1 inch for every 10 lbs.

    It will vary, but on average 1" for every 10lb to 15lb of solid bodyweight added... Closer to 15lbs for a full 1" though... 30lb gain will net you around 2" to 2 1/2" on your guns...

    It really all depends on your genetics.....You may gain alot of muscle in your quads but not much in the arms...I always seem to gain the most in my quads...my arms are stubborn

    Plus I would think height would play a big factor as well. A 5'4" guy gaining 10 lbs would do a lot more than a guy who's 6'4"

    is that 10 pounds of muscle or weight, 10 pounds of muscle maybe but definatly not 10 pounds of weight.
