cardio and good clean diet should do it and of course u have to train hard
strict diet, good cardio, and a good training program ... and if ur looking for info on aas ... the answer is .. RESEARCH
you cant bulk and cut at the same time...diet and cardio for cutting,,,,eating and heavy training to bulk

its all about diet bro, hit up cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach for 45 min.
