Any advice on an easy to find supplement that might give the simmilar effects of nolvadex ? maybe over the counter? just doin 1000 mg dbol nothing else.

anyway go to anabolic review- research for anti-e's (nolva etc) and clomid.
click the banner at the top of the page. most people including myself will tell you not to run dbol by itself. its used to kickstart a cycle. it will probably turn your liver into swiss cheese if you run it for more than 4 weeks at that dose aswel.

Nothing really good but if you were stuck completely without ability to obtain anti-e's and really needed some type of protection in some way, then do a bunch of soy bean preparations or take phyto-estrogen. If you were not on steroids , then soy bean stuff is not good because its loaded with phytoestrogen. Its a very weak estrogen but sometimes activates estrogen receptors in your fat cells causing female pattern weight gain and/or water bloating, but it has no feminine effect on breast tissue or male genetalia. Since it can compete with stronger forms of estrogen that can cause gyno and block the stronger estrogen from those breast tissue receptors, it offers some nolva like protection. Its just not as complete and strong of a protection as offered by nolvadex .

nolvadex is cheap and easy to get, why wouldn't you use it? and why the dbol only cycle?
