This is not my first cycle, but this is my 1st cutting cycle. What do you guys recommend? IM 6,1 210 about 18% BF. I just started my leaning out diet, I seem to retain a lot of water. I can shed off about 10 to 15 pounds in about 2 week. but I cant get ripped. I train about 4 times a week doing it for about 3 1/2 years now. I do 10min of cadio before train, about 20min after training.
Do some research and your cardio do it all in one batch in the morning if possible.
like chef says research some more...but depending on your experience a prop/tren
cycle with T-3,clen and maybe winni or var at the end of the cycle to harden up that last bit....75mg tren ed and 100mg test ed and a good diet and you got it made bro..
