This is not my first cycle, but this is my 1st cutting cycle. What do you guys recommend? IM 6,1 210 about 18% BF. I just started my leaning out diet, I seem to retain a lot of water. I can shed off about 10 to 15 pounds in about 2 week. but I cant get ripped. I train about 4 times a week doing it for about 3 1/2 years now. I do 10min of cadio before train, about 20min after training.
