im presently running it at 600mg/week,i weigh 291lbs and am haveing no sides as of yet(week 6)

Eat lots of protein. 400 is good but you've got to maintain a positive nitrogen balance or deca is worthless in my opinion. Deca is probably the most dependent on large amounts of protein than any other AAS. I'd rather use tren because I still make good gains while not having to consume 6-7 meals a day.
I will never **** with deca again 500mg/week really trashed me.
There is a 200 mg difference......ok but seriously,I would go 400 like markas said, make sure your getting atleast 1.5-2g of protein per pound for results.

In my experience and the experience of people I've talked to, 600mgs/wk is the optimal dose. Over that, the gains aren't much more compared to the increase in sides, and under that the gains are noticably less.
The optimal dose for Eq appears to be 600mgs/week also.
when I took deca I got totaly depressed and no energy at all. I could bearly get out of bed in the morning. I was running 600mg/week test with it.
quit the deca and felt great.
I ran it at 600 and it gave me deca D#$% even with 800 of test and i had a real hard time after the cycle with depression. I did get a lot bigger from it but i will not run it that high again and i am only 200 lbs so i am not that big it was to much for me
