Sutanon/test question

To start off can you shoot 500mg at once to load or is it better to do 2x a week. Also can you start with 500mg sustanon or other test and 400 mg Deca together to load? Thanks.

break it up and shoot twice a week. wut kinda test r u taking? sust should b shot eod.
