1000mg/wk t200 10 wks
600mg/wk eq 10 wks
25mg/day dbol wk 6-13 (or have it at the beginning to jump start your cycle, but i prefer to use it at the end for synergy with eq).
keep the deca for another cycle.
whats your cycle history, workout history, and age?
lets get a little more info like kev said bro,before you go shooting a gram of test each wk.
if it only 1st ,2nd,or 3rd you dont need 1000 mg of test.
i'm 29 4th cycle wooking out for 6 yrs now last cycle where 500 sust week 75mg fina ed some deca and that about it
try
test @600 mg wk 1-10
deca or eq not both @400-600 mg wk
dbol 50 mg ed wk 1-4
since its your 4th cycle im assuming you know about clomid and anti-es
you could frontload the test and eq also
