I have been on my cycle for the past 8 weeks. I got some great gains with a little fat , but now I want to cut for the rest of my cycle. I have been consuming around 4000-4500 cals per day. I have also been doing 4 days of cardio a week. I don't want to lose the great gains that I busted my ass for. What should I do as far as cals and cardio?
