good sites to learn about spot injecting

i was wondering if any one knows any good internet sites that tell you the best way of doing spot injections. i've looked at spotinjections.com but there are only pics and i wanted a bit of text as well you know that will help,sort of talk you through it. also is a 1inch needle ok for injecting into biceps and triceps or do i need a smaller needle?

Sometimes ppl use a 5/8 pin for bi's and tri's, but I use a 1 inch for all spot injects.
As far as any websites I don't really know of any besides that one.

It is all dependant on your body fat. Personally I can get away with insulin pins for some of my sites and the maximum depth I inject uses an inch pin. I am not advocating small pins if your bodyfat is high and you are better off being cautious and going with longer if you have any doubt and risk infection
