    Question Switching to Cutter

    I have been on my cycle for the past 8 weeks. I got some great gains with a little fat , but now I want to cut for the rest of my cycle. I have been consuming around 4000-4500 cals per day. I have also been doing 4 days of cardio a week. I don't want to lose the great gains that I busted my ass for. What should I do as far as cals and cardio?

    bro,your 23yo and weigh 156#...keep bulking and forget the cardio

    DEVL- man, I'm 22, 190, and i'm 5'6. I'm a pretty good size.

    Juice- It's my third cycle(I lost everything form my first, trying to cut right after bulking), and it's test only at 500mg per week. I'm up 20 pounds.

    Please help me out guys.

    continue the sust till week 10 then switch off to prop @70mg ed and 50mg winni ed from weeks 11-16 and start pct week 17

    either way ,depending upon your goals i would continue to bulk for a few more yrs before i even entertained the thought of cutting

    i always end my cycle with cutters to add the hard ripped look to my mass

    DEVL- Bro I don't want to be much bigger than I am now. I just want to get ****en shredded. I think I'm just gonna pm Swole. Thanx anyway man.

    Juice- I like that idea but I still want to know what to do with my cals and cardio.

    continue cardio the same lower calories for the cutter
    if want to shred throw in some clen
    u can also do prop/tren /winni weeks 11-16 and start pct week 17 good combo for cutting tren also will burn fat this combo will shred u with proper diet bro

    ok bro,your profile also says 15%bf so if your 190,your gonna need to get down to around 165-170 to be shredded.thats why im saying to keep bulking,your still young,take advantage of your age.get up to about 220 then cut it up...GOODLUCK

    I'll change my profile because I'm around 12, but thanx both of your advice. I'm gonna toss some clen in there and see what happens. I'll try to cut my cals down to 3000

    Dont worry about cutting now, wait till a couple of months have passed after cycle and then plan on cutting.
