    Letro and aromization

    if letro is 90% something effective against aromization, then how does an estrogen rebound effect occur?

    because it spikes when you come off of it if you do not taper off

    Letrozole is classified as a reversible aromatise inhibitor, so once the drug is discontinued estrogen levels rebound to normal.
