    Buddy messing around with t3

So i just found out that one of my buddies has been taking t3. I knew that he was on test prop at 500mg per week, however, his usage and little knowledge of t3 has me worried. I have ran t3 in the past, however, not quite sure what he should do as far as coming down. For the last 2 weeks he has been using 100mcg per day. He plans on doing 200mcg for the next 5 days. He then wants to use the next week or two to come off...but what is the best way for him to do that and what is the best way to check recovery

    200mcg is ridiculously insane.

Anything over 100mcg's is excessive and should be addressed by DIET.

Thats too long of a duration to be running a dose that high. I do 150mcg for five days on two days off....

200mcg??? wow! way too much. you should spend 5% of the time ramping up to dosage, 40% of the time at desired dose then the remaining 55% of the time should be spent ramping down very slowly to give your thyroid time to come back to life.

It's a thyroid drug. Check the educational thread, there's a good article in there about it
