when youre on M1T youre supposed to have a lot of cals in your diet which brings me to my question...should i eliminate my cardio workout while im on cyle?
I consume anywhere from 5000 to 6000 cals a day and I still do a half hour of cardio 3 days a week when bulking and more so when cutting. Cardio should be in everyones exercise program. Even though I'm not cutting and I still do cardio first thing in the morning, I feel that it keeps my metabolism up and running strong, allowing me to eat the additional calories I need.
