Have u bothered to look up cycles on the main page and or by using the seach function?
Let's start with that and your stats, and previous cycle experience if any.
i see u have used gear b4 how many cycles have u done
I have done 3 different cycles
The last was a sustenon 250 and d-bol cycle
Test 500mg/wk 1-10
Abomb 50mg/day wk 1-4
nolva 10mg/day
pct weeks 12-15
ldex if you wanted to combat bloat
weeks 1-4 100mg drol
weeks 1-12 750mg test
weeks 1-14 letro .5 ed
weeks 15-19 nolva 20mg ed
weeks 15-18 clomid 100mg ed

You might want to add in some eq to combat the appetite supression that anadrol brings about. I've used it once and never again. It was a monumentous task to choke down protein shakes, let alon eat enough calories. Have fun!
