Pct, Hcg?

Hey guys I haven't recieved any responses for my PCT question so I will try again. First of all I read Doc Holidays post and I am wondering if I should even use HCG . I am only running test e for 10 weeks at 375mg per weeks. My nuts feel fine! Second I read the post on clomid and it says for enanthate to start 14days after last shot. So I will do 300mg(day 1),100mg(2-11),50mg(11-21). I am also going to run nolva with clomid at 20mg a day or is that too high. Can I start the nova before the clomid to start working some of the bloat? If I should take HCG, how should I take it? I am a little confused on that. Someone please help me out?

1. With a cycle, such as yours, you will not need HCG in my opinion.

2. Yes, you can/should run Nolvadex at 20mg during PCT.

3. You can (and most do) run Nolvadex during your entire cycle. Most run it at 10mgs during the cycle and then bump it up to 20mgs during PCT. If gyno symptoms become evident during your cycle you can bump up the Nolvadex.
