deca dosent kick in until week 4 and 15 mg of dbol is way too light imho. it will be just enough to throwoff hpta, and for you to see no results.
400mg deca weeks1-8
30mg dbol weeks 1-4
dont forget the clomid, and keep some anti'es handy as well.
this is as light as you should go, but im sure you will get some other great opinions as well. how old are you bro? need some stats as well, this would help with what youre trying to accomplish.

its a very light "cycle" and wont produce any results.
if its tour first time i agee there no reason to go all out but atleast do somthing that isnt just going to shut down hpta.

I'm 30 6' 194 8% bf I have been working hard for 6 month now I was 175 ish when I started working out agian I eating good myaplex, creatine, About 3500 cal 30 to 50 grams of fat a day 300g protein keeping the carb around 300g + or -.If anybody has a good cycle out there I'm listening.I would like to bulk up in the beging of the the cycle and get rid of all water ret and cut up at the end of the cycle if possible.
how about wintrol instead of test?
if your looking to harden up at the end of your bulk cycle winny would be a nice addition

thanks bro I'll sweek it and post the cycle what sucks is that I have 1000mg of deca and 100 dbol tabs I guees i need to get some more gear.
deca and eq are pretty much the same bro,so if you have it already use that instead of eq
that's a good cycle 4 plates has. if you don't want to use that much quantity then just reduce the mg amounts of each, but carry everything out for the same amount of time he suggested.
