Dbol causes heavy water retention, that's what's causing your high BP. The headaches are very common first 2 weeks of using Dbol.

You gotta have bromo at hand for the deca as well, not just nolva for the test. Better be safe then sorry...

For me personally all AAS cause an increase of BP - once you reach 30, that is something you have to balance out when planning a cycle.

Because your body has adjusted to lower natural test levels - you don't need as much AAS as most of the kids (in their early 20's) on this board.

Lower dbol to 25 mg --- you'll get the same (if not even better) results from less dbol. (your body wouldn't utilize 40 mg at your age, unless you're splitting it into 10 portions a day) - all it's doing is causing you extra side effects and you're urinating it away (literally pissing it away)

There've been a lot of really good articles posted about it on this board. I think it was University of Maryland reports - someone posted a while ago. See if you can search them out.

Anyway - I lowered the dosages and getting better results w/o having SE.

    Good luck, hope that helps.
