very basic for his first cycle.
hes just lookin to put on a few lean pounds.

Canhce it to 400-500 of cyp a week for 10, for get the EQ on the first one.

I agree with the rest, TEST ONLY (400-500mg/week) for a first cycle, if you don't follow this advise then be sure to run your test one week past EQ.
i would run the cyp alone for 10 weeks.
and eq should b run for at least 12 weeks.
I agree with everyone about the test only jazz...But if your like me and don't take PPL's advice when you already have the gear....run the EQ at 400mg min and run it at
least 15 weeks IMO.....
