dnp update

not much to tell no real bad side effects thus far, except for the sweating. Yesterday was day 20 and bumped dose to 400mg, which i will do for the next 4 days. word of advice keep benedryl on you at all times! took the 400mg yesterday and an hour later started itching alllllll over(2nd time it happened during cycle). took the benedryl and 20 mins later it stoped. It is working great so far. I dont see much results in the stomach area but my guess is because of the bloat.

Keep us updated as to how much you lose once all the bloat goes away. I'm on day 8 of my DNP cycle and I bumped it up to 600mg a couple days ago. Might hit 800mg for the last few days (14 total).
