first cycle after gyno surgery

When i was high school i was using prohormones and got gyno because of that. well becuase mostly i wasnt sure how to the use them correctly. I recently just had the gyno surgery done to remove the tissue. its only been a week and i already love the results. the plactic surgeon is amazing and if anyone in Rhode Island needs a good plastic surgeon let me know.

My question today is this...once im completly healed and can start training again. i do plan on doing a cycle which will be my first cycle ever. i will only be using test prop. also during the cycle and after i will be unsing nolvadex 20mg tablets(160 of them right now but will get more if needed).

I want to know the best way to go about doin this cycle so i do not get gyno again. anyone who has had gyno understands me! i do plan on using between 700-1000mg test/week for about 14 weeks. does anyone have any advice for me?? ecspecially about the nolvadex. I DO NOT WANT GYNO AGAIN!!! also its way to expensive of a surgery($7500). Can anyone help???? Thank you!!!

The reason I had the surgery is because the gyno was already to set in. I had gyno for almost 4 years. And your right I shouldn't oF used prohormones and done more research on how to reverse it. Now I know

Good now follow the advice in your other thread. I had gyno surgery 5 years ago, 3 cycles since and no flare ups. I feel the itch sometimes but I can control it

Im not answering your questions anymore, there are literally thousands of threads on this site and a handful of stickies dedicated to helping people plan 1st cycles and pct. You havent read one if them.

I dont care if he recovered from cancer, hes already half ass planned a cycle and if he read just one educational starter thread he would see how terrible it is. If darwin wants a friend than i wont stand in his way.
