    W/O 2 times/day while on cycle?

Hey guys I was just wondering if this would make any sense. I read it on another members thread and he said it worked well.

If I were to do 2 workouts a day, would it be overtraining? I think the other member did a normal heavy w/o earlier in the day, and a lighter weight high speed reps w/o later in the day. :spudnikma

Any comments or advice on this. Thanks bros.

You would definatly overtrain if you don't have some serious knowledge about how your body works. Alot of Powerlifters workout twice a day, but they really know what they are doing, and they really know their bodies.
