Perfect Physique/ What Gear?

Ok. question for the board. What actor/athlete or whomever do you think has the best physique. All of us on this board should have someone to look at to say "That is who I strive to look like". AKA Motivation.

Im sure I will be flamed for this but, Mine is Mark Wahlberg back in his Calvin Klein days. I have always wondered if he used juice to look like that and if so, I wonder which ones.

one of my friends went to prison for 5 years. went in at 160 came out at 235 and was fvcking shredded.... no juice, their just isn't anything else to do but eat and lift.

my step dad went to prison and with commasary(sp?) money you can eat fairly well.

thats true i went to a jail in high school for some legal class and they showed us there meals. must of been like 600 calories a meal x 3 a day. no clue how they get big in jail.

most prisoners work while they are in jail and the money goes in a account and you can buy stuff from the "store" pencils, paper, tuna, ramen noodles.

you can't pick, but you are allowed to eat whatever you can buy in the store in your cell, so you can pick what you eat some of the time.

im just saying thats another factor in consuming enough protein your body can only take in so much at one time

Having spent some time (1 1/2 yrs) I can tell you this.

1. All you do if your smart is lift
2. Playing full court hoops, burns mad fat
3. When sent to confinment (23hrs a day lock down)
all you can do is read, do push ups and sit ups all day
4. No booze is a plus and plenty of rest doesnt hurt
ect..........

You do not need steroids to look like Mark Wahlberg. He's not even big. You need proper diet, training and cardio.

I saw that special on Wahlberg also bro. His big brother had money at the time. I'm sure he was sending his baby bro some cash. But I seriously doubt he used steroids in prison bro. I do know a lot of people who have been locked up, and never heard a single word on steroids getting in there. Rec drugs are what they want. Too **** hard to deal with syringes, needles, and all that.
I'm most certain Wahlberg just has good genetics. It's not like he is outrageously big or anything. He just has that physique that the chicks like.

im not sure about syringes-must have a guard hook it up somehow. i send a couple of my bros anavar ,dbol ,masteron and anadrol all the time in there. we get a chick to bring it in during a conjugal(sp?) visit then some dude hoops it and brings it to my bro. with money u can eat descent in there just got a pic of my buddy and he's fukin huge now!

ive also heard that ur natural test gets a lot higher in there.

He didnt have to do them to get like that, but he probably did.. I mean, always that someone starts in a gym, sees hes the smallest and everyone else is huge, well alot go right away on steroids , I personally beleive that maybe 10% of people who decide to start lifting weight never do roids.

jail and prison are 2 totally different worlds, in jail you get hardley anything but u also get com. in jail where u can get stugff like peanut butter, but prison you can eat almost anything you want when you want and unless you have wealthy people on the outsid ewho have alot of pull u aint gonna touch juice
