i've read in the cutting sticky that you are supposed to get twice as much carbs as protein in your PWO shake... and that its supposed to be half dextrose and half maltodextrin.... whats the difference between the two and is there any harm in getting all the carbs from one or the other... also what are good brands to buy to get sufficient amounts of these
