Oral Turinabol is the brand name of the drug 4a-chloro-17a-methyl-1,4-androstadiene-17-ol-3-one as produced in 1mg and 5mg tablets by the East German pharmaceutical company Jelfa to circumvent the Olympic drug tests while creating super strong and super muscular athletes. This East German Oral Turinabol "program" worked for a number of years as the East Germans owe at least some (and many would say "all from 1968-1972") of their success in the Olympics to this drug.

This unique drug was discontinued in 1974 and until only very recently, was only found through some underground labs. Although it is now produced in very small quantities by a company in Thailand called "British Dragon" (www.britishdragon.com) who make nothing except anabolic steroids for export out of Thailand, finding "real" Oral Turinabol is still a rarity if not outright impossible.

The easiest way to explain this drug is that it is a potent derivative of Dianabol or a cross between methandrostenolone and clostebol for "the science guys". Though it is a derivative of good old Dianabol, it does have some differences. First it has a low level of androgenic activity compared to Dianabol, but a better balance of anabolic and androgenic effects. It has a rating of a 6 for androgenic properties and a 53 for anabolic properties based on a scale of 1 to 100. This promotes more of a "hard and large" look. You do not get the same "puffy and large" look as you would on Dianabol.

Second, the 4-alpha halogenation (the chlorine atom at carbon #4) inhibits the drugs ability to be aromatized. This is a huge plus in most people's eyes and is the reason Oral Turinabol has been called a "gentle d-bol." A user will probably not see any clinical manifestations of estrogenic side effects at the normal doses of this drug. Studies of male athletes who over a period of six weeks were given 10 mg Oral Turinabol per day did not show any indications of health-threatening effects. It has been recommended that men should take between 20-40mg every day and women a 5mg every day by various "gurus".

sorry after re reading i see some carefull manipulation of words to see someone trying to say a pro hormone is basically the same as a steroid , its different, doesnt matter how close they claim it is, its different

Turanabol is an oral steroid which was developed during the early 1960's. It has a predominantly anabolic effect which is combined with a relatively low androgenic component. On a scale of 1 to 100 the androgenic effect is very low - only 6 - and the anabolic effect is 53. (In comparison: the androgenic effect of methandienone is 45 and its anabolic effect is 90.)
