I'm about to start a 10 week cycle of Test only(might throw in some dbol for the first 4 weeks) just wonderin if i should take all 500 mg in one day or spread it into 250 mg every monday and thursday.

spread it to two injections...it keeps your levels more balanced and reduces sides...

Two is marginally better for the reason already stated, but remember that there is a certain amount of wastage unless you purge the rig, so more injections = more waste. Typically 1/10cc per shot. That becomes significant, maybe, when you are doing 2x/week, 1cc injections. That would be a 10% loss, whereas doing 2cc and losing the same amount would be a 5% loss. I say it is nearly a toss-up, if your gear is precious, expensive, and hard for you to get, and in limited supply. If it is plentiful for you, don't worry about waste... just up your dose a bit to compensate, and shoot 2x/week to get slightly more stable levels.

If you were doing sust, I would say definitely shoot 2x/week.
