2 nights wont do much.....take a gainer shake with you if you are concerned...

Cardio is nothing to be feared unless you have an extremely high matabolism....eventhough some muscle will be lost...you will be losing more from fat....

No, not if your caloric intake is in check.

Ronny C. does 25 minutes of "fairly intense" cardio 2-3 times a week, and he's pretty buff.

It all depends which is more important to you...rugby or getting big.

You're heart rate can't be in the "target zone" for rugby...international statistics for a flanker show a heart rate of 170+ for a test match...First 5/8ths in that same match had a heart rate of a high 150's. (Source: Daniel Herbert, IRB)

You can make great gains on a cycle, or be a great rugby player...but not both.
When you get too heavy it will affect your game. I had to stay in the mid 190's when I played first division in NZ (in the North Harbour Province).

Yeah...I played first division rugby union (as a hooker) and second grade league as a W/FB, both in the North Harbour Province of New Zealand.

You need to figure out where your goals are for your cycle first...arm size, etc..(bodybuilding type stuff) or sports-specific stuff (strength, speed, etc...).
