    Sore Joints???

    Is this my joints hurting me?

    When I bench-press, It hurts inside my elbow and around shoulders while pushing up the bar off the rack.

    Also right now, when I do a bicep flex it hurts in those same areas.

    Take a couple days off. You might need it. I hate working out if something hurts

    Might be tendons and/or your rotator cuff in your shoulders. What does your cycle look like? Winny?

    I heard that steroids can dry out joints and cause pain.

    I have Glucosamine, im not taking it currently.

    The rotator cuff could cause my elbows to hurt? well its not really elbows, its like at the beginning of my biceps, but deep inside there.

    well get on that glucosamine, i takes about 6-10 days to start working well but it helps.

    the eq kills ur joints! get some glucosamine and i started taking this stuff by proline that works very well. its proline joint care, i'd get some of it as well.

    Try Flax seed oil. One dose daily will lube your joints. Works if you can tolerate the taste and occassional diarrhea.

    flax seed oil should b in ur diet anyways IMO...
