Clen not having bad sides...

I have been on Clen for a week and working my way up. I have been at 120 mcgs. for 2 days now and sides arent that bad. MINIMAL shaking. I had a small cramp twice but nothing bad, I am also taking Taurine and Potassium though.

Can I up it a little to maybe 150mcgs???

My question to you is.... "Is it still working at 120mcg?" Just because you don't have very bad sides doesn't mean that it is not working. For me anything above 80-100mcg/day doesn't feel any different.... and I know that it is working. That being said, the decision is yours. Good luck.

Remember, your Blood Pressure can still be too high, even if you aren't shaking.

I woudl check your vitals though as hooker mentioned BP, as well as pulse and temp

duckman that might not be a bad thing. You could still be getting the effects without having to use such a high dosage. So it could be better

do you take your temp.if it is 1 degree above normal then it is working..no need to go looking for sides bro..that is foolish

No - I'll try the temp thing....have resorted to yohombine hcl & T3 instead - I think I'm just very sensitive to sympathomimetics....

Me too. I'm up to 100mcg today and I'm shaking like a hungry crack whore. It's kinda embarassing too. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe today to buy my multi-vitamins. I handed the guy my debit card and my whole arm was shaking like a wobbly dick. The guy just looked at me funny. :lol:

ya i cant go above 60 mcg but thats just me

I've gone as high as 250mcg on several occations along with 250mcg of T3.

I don't take it all at once though. I space it out through three doses in the day. Just don't take it after 4pm or you willhave trouble sleeping.

Thanks for the responses guys. I will stay at 120mgs. ED Been a week, no change in anything. (in terms of weight or workouts or sex drive or anything for that matter)

After a few more weeks I will post results.
