Hey people,
I've been taking Test E at 450 mg. per week, and I just did my 3rd inject Friday. Today is my 16th day on it (First shot day 1, Second shot day 7, third shot day 14.) I was told it takes about 3 weeks for the first shot to break down. My weight is up a few pounds but I am not feeling anything 'kick in.'
Any ideas as to when I will really feel it? How much should I expect to gain in a 12 week cycle? Started at 160, now at around 164.

noone can tell you what you can expect to gain because it depends on your body type and how you eat and train you should see it start to kick in late into week 4
test e usually kicks in 4-5 weeks into cycle..
If it takes a month or so to kick in, any harm in extending the cycle to around 16 wks as long as I do proper PCT?

Test usually kicks in about 3-4 weeks (for some a bit longer). By the 3rd week you'll probably start feeling the good effects regarding sex drive.
If you have enough darts, you should consider breaking up your dose into two equal, semi-weekly shots (225mg on monday and 225mg on thursday) rather than taking just one shot per week.
Your major gains will be made within the last 6-7 weeks of the cycle as long as you're eating enough calories taken from propper sources.
If by week 4 you havent experienced a great increase in strength and sex drive, then you need to check your calories. If you cannot state definitely how much you're eating per day, then you need to address that issue NOW, else your cycle will be compltely wasted.
No, but imo you should be splitting those shots into bi-weekly injections.

Three to four weeks for me.
I did a test E cycle @ 800mg / week and i gained 15lbs the first 4 weeks.
