risks of using dnp

im thinking of using dnp to get rid of unwanted fat.

i was wondering if any of you guys had any info on how much to take per day and for how long cheers

DNP start start start start start @ 200/200/200 mgs every 36 hour no more dont up the dosage untill you KNOW how your body is reacting... I 've seen posts from vets that claim 800 mgs is what they worked up to, but personally 300 mg of crystalin made me feel like shit in 5 days walking was a choir.....

Dr. evil i have read that post, it is a very good post. But i wanna hear some other people's story. The caps i can get are 250mg, i assume ill start with that and see how it goes, but if i can go more, i will, ill work up to 500. How long should i try and do this for?

go for as long as you can take it. it's gonna be pretty damn uncomfortable.

yeah im expecting the worse. but hopefully the results will be worth it. Im at 20% now, what should i be looking to lose? Say i can take 250 for 5-6 days and another 10 on 500 would that be to long, and what should i be expecting to lose?

nothing's too long if you can handle the side effects. i can't tell you how your body will react to it, so i have no way of knowing how much you should expect to lose.

It seems that at 5'11' and a 36" waist that DNP would be a bit of overkill to me. That f**kin stuff scares me. I have gone from a 38 waist to 35 in just a few months with diet and cardio. Lost quite a bit of bodyfat too. Just my $.02
