I work out at 630 am mon-fri. Since I work out so early I work out on a empty stomach. Should I take the clen before I go to the gym or during the day? Should I take the keto at the same time as the clen or beofre bed?

do u do cardio also in the am? if so i would probably just take it after since it's not recommended to take clen too close to a cardio session. Even if no cardio i think i would still take it after working out, i find when on clen i get slightly winded even when lifting.. as for the keto i think i would take that before bed, i think many say it puts them right to sleep (in a high enough dose) but regardless id jusst take it befofe i sleep in case it does put me out.
