First Cycle - What To Expect?

I am starting very slowly and do not want to be noticed while on cycle.

I am taking Test 250 once per week for 12 weeks!

I am on a very clean diet and solid workout routine (6'1 and 240 - 18%bf).

Can I expect to drop some BF and gain 5-10lbs of lean muscle?

What should I expect?

Keep in mind I am not looking to gain 25lbs!

Trying to stay under the rader!

then why dont u do it naturally bro? hit the cardio and get on a good diet and u can do it easily. i dont think juice is really wut u want/need.

If you don't want to be noticed, nor get huge, then why do a cycle????? The main reason to do a cycle is because you have reached your genetic plat. You can easily acheive those results with a correct diet.

My cycle is Dr ordered guys! I just got lucky I guess, sooooooooooooo............

I was wondering what kind of GOOD side affects I can expect from that dosage.

My test levels were desperately LOW.

I dont know why the Doc would put you on a cycle of test. if your levels were really low. I would think that he would give you some Clomid to boost those levels. By putting you on a cycle that is just going to make your existing condition worse when you come off. Unless you are planning on going on Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Clomid is not FDA approved for that use, as far as I know. It's a fertility stimulator for women, not an approved HRT med.

I could be wrong, though...

Actually you can get it during HRT...expensive though.

Stay away from salt, drink lots of water and stay out of the sauna...your blood pressure may go up and nothing says juicer like a big red face LOL

lol...yeah i have to go home for x-mas break and i have been hitting the l-dex and nolvadex for this exact reason the last couple weeks so my family and friends don't say shlt.
