Dieting/supplements
I've been lifting for about 5-6 years now. i', 5'09 240 lbs which is not good at all. I have a 42 inch waist and i guess i can call them man boobs. My familyis very heavy set (bro is 310 lbs) Question is if i loose a lot of weight will I be able acheive a chest. I've uses ma-hung and several other GNC products. I would like to do Clen with T-3 what can I expect to see fom taking a stck like this and maybe winny. PS not looking to make the cove of flex but at least to take of my shirt at the beach.

Get a good diet and training routine on track first then look into taking some gear. You wont see any results unless these two are on track first and that can take years
