    what to expect....

    hey guys i am about to go on my first cycle i have my diet in check. my question is what should i expect from this cycle it goes somthing like this

    1-10 500mg/test e
    finestride
    femera
    clomid

    i am 5'9
    21yrs old
    185
    about 12% bf

    It depends on your training, eating habbits, sleep habbits, and a whole load of other factors. If you want a example my buddy just got done with a test 10 week 500 mg cycle and put on about 24 lbs. He didnt use any anti E in the cycle as 500mg wasnt really enough to cause anything

    you will probably gain about 15-30 lbs depending on how well you eat, train and rest.

    clearify the clomid for me...are you running it during you cycle?

    If you're talking bodyweight/strength gain, it's going to be hard to judge. Everyone is effected differently. You will gain weight and your strength will go up, but there are so many factors (genetics, diet, workout intensity, etc.) that it is hard to give definitive numbers. But be rest assured that you will gain noticeable size and strength as long as you have taken care of your diet and training.

    training

    ok my diet is something like this i try to eat atleast 1g of protein per lb of wieght try to stay low in fat i do 30 min cardio in morning and lift at night i alos drink tons and tons of water no alcohol,fast food or soda

    You'll want to bump up your protein intake to around 1.5 grams. Have you checked out the bulking sticky in the diet forum?

    Weeks 1 through10: Test E 500mg/week (1cc mon & 1cc thur)

    Start taking femara at 1mg/ed for 3 weeks BEFORE my fist shot until week 9 of my test(total of 12 weeks)

    Then for 3 weeks, take femara at 1mg/eod(so Ill be taking femara eod during the last week of my cycle and Ill also be taking JUST femara for 2 weeks following mylast shot)

    When i am done with the femara(again 2 weeks after my last shot) start taking clomid. Take 300mg for the first day, then take 100mg day for 13 days, then take 50mg/day for 7 days.

    You'll want some good fats in there too like from "Udo's" oil or flax.

    good post bro, i agree fish oil and flax oil are a must.
