Anyone Use Proscar?????

anyone ever use proscar for hair loss??? Is it any good ???? I can get 5mg tabs but not sure what the dosage is and how long to take it??? or just stick with rogaine. anyone???

Split the tabs into 4 and take a quarter every day, I use this on and off cycle with Nizoral and Regaine

I use it at 1 to 2 mgs per day depending on how much Test I'm using (if I go above 600 mgs test per week I take 2 mgs per day). It has worked quite well for me.

I never noticed any changes.

Years. No kidding either. You have to be on it for the long haul. If you come off...your hair can fall out due to MPB.

I take 1mg of finasteride every day while off cycle and usually 4-5 while on cycle. I think it helps. Its fairly inexpensive in research chemical form, so you might as well give it a try.

It can take up to 6 months to become fully effective...so before...during...and after. You have to stay on it.

It will work right away...but to be fully effective it can take uo to six months.
