hey which is better test E or sust? can you shoot sust the same as you would shoot test? 2 times per week?
sus has to be shot eod, and with a long ester like test e you can shoot twice a week.
i tried both and test e seems to be working better for me and cheaper.
Test E is better, Sust is composed of 4 different esters of test. Why this is bad is bc you have spikes in test levels throughout the week. So it is much harder to maintain constant level which is what you want to achieve. To maximize the effect of the prop that is found in sust you must inject it at least eod. For a newbia I would also suggest test E just bc you only have to shoot it twice a week and the amount of test will be constant.
technically sust needs to be shot ED due to the prop. Or E3D with prop in the days you dont shoot sust to keep your test levels stable... Or you could just shoot E3D with test E and call it a day...Quote:
