Depends on its ester. Methenolone Acetate = ED. Methenolone Enanthate = 2Xs/wk.

i think 1xweek is fine considering the half-life is almost two weeks...lotta people do it 2x though...but if u are attempting to get your natural test levels up as much as u can id shoot once a week
