Injection Question...

Okay, I got to clear something up...I was reading in a thread last week that when you inject any gear you end up leaving something like 1/10 of a CC in the needle. This on its own is no concern...but...after 10 injections that is a CC of gear "wasted". Someone had posted a comment in response about injecting with an air bubble to solve this problem. I guess the air displaces the left over gear in the pin, pushing it into the muscle. I was recently advised to look up intramuscular injections on the internet, I did and found nothing about this air bubble theory. I am wondering, anyone else heard of this? Do others do this? Is it OK to do? And how is it done?

I am not sure if I trust the air-bubble theory. I just always load my sticks up with 1/2cc of B12 first and then, if anything, you are only wasting the B12 and not the gear.

That is a good trick...where do you get liquid B12....that can be purchased from a pharmacy right? Save the gear and get some added vitamin support as well...nice.

If you leave a few small air bubbles in the syringe, it will help push the remaining oil out of the pin into your muscle. Its safe, that amount of air is insignificant. I tried it once and didn't think it was a big deal so I don't do it anymore. I'm not sure about 1/10 cc being wasted either, seems a little high, maybe like 1/20.

When doing injections with a perp syringe...the oil rises to the top of the syringe. Making that technique useless.

You can add some air to the syringe...I do...but you have to be comfortable with it. Sometimes I think it's just not worth the lost gear.

What is a perp syringe? I have never had the problem of the B12 and gear switching places.

LOL...you can drink it? JK. So, what is the verdict? It can be odne but it is not worth it?

Perpendicular. ie) when going into quads...the syringe is straight up and down...the oil will rise to the top of the syringe...making the addition of B12 useless.

IMO leave the air bubbles out. Just compensate for the waisted 1/10 per shot.

Yeah it might be 1cc per a vial but to me it is not worth it.

I Always squirt the extra on my wrist and put some dmso on it! It may not work that great, but I feel great doing that right b4 the gym. Maybe its all in my head, but it gives me a PUMP. Anything is better than throwing the rest out.

A tiny bit of air injected into your muscles will not harm you. Why don't you try both methods, using air bubbles and not using air, and decide which you like better.
