ok guys i got a ? about my cycle i got deca 300 and testosterone 200 the guy i got it from told me to take 1cc of test every other day and take deca twice a week now another guy told me im taking way to much test and what im asking is who is right now im 26 and 190lbs i just dont want to shock my body and should i start out low like half cc then work my way up to a cc just all im saying is that is a lot of shots :eek: and i just wanted to tell you guys and see if im doing it right thanks guys

That will give you 800/mg test and 600/mg deca per week. By your post I'm going to assume this is your first cycle and if that is the case you can drop down to 400mg test and 300 deca per week and still get great results. Make sure you get your PCT stuff before you jump into it and also your diet in check.

Shocking your body is a good thing. Take about 500mgs test p/week, and about 300mgs deca p/week. Some orals for a kick start like Dbol @ 35mgs p/day for the first 4 weeks would be good also. Thats a perfect beginners cycle. Good luck.
