I plan on taking a 15 week cycle including 4 weeks of 50mg dbol, 500mg of test and 300mg of deca throughout the cycle, and 45mg of var a day for the last 9 weeks. My question is when should I start taking my 20mg Nolva and 50mg clomid. I know the clomid is part of the pct, but when should I start the Nolva with the cycle or in the pct? Please offer any helpful suggestions.

anyways the nolva should b run at 10mg/day thruout the cycle and then bumped up to 20mg/day along with clomid during pct.
here is pct time chart:
Anadrol/Anapolan: 24 hours after last administration
Deca: 21 days after last injection
Dianabol: 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 24 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 24 hours after last administration
and the clomid therapy should b:
day 1-300mg
days 2-11 100mg
days 12-22 50mg
since this is ur 1st cycle i would just do test e or cyp at 500mg/week. 10mg nolva thruout and proper pct. maybe jumpstart with 30mg/dbol/day for the 1st 4 weeks.
