    Lift with a cold or take it easy?

    On my 7th wk of Test E 1200mg ew, and just started 100mg abombs ed, and I got a cold. Should I keep lifting or take some days off to recover?

    Listen to your body bro. If you are having a hard time breathing as it is make the call. I personally would rest as I would not risk getting worse for a longer period of time ruining the rest of your cycle.

    i feel a little differently then the other guys. if it is a little sniffling sneezing cold than you will be fine to go in and knock it out at the gym. i do it all the time. however, if it is affecting youre breathing then i completely agree with just taking a day or two off. its not easy, especially on a cycle, but bad colds can turn into something worse if you dont get rest.

    I've had the flu for a couple weeks, I'm just reducing the number of workout days to give me more time to recover and its working well, still kills me to workout less than 6 days a week though.

    Dont follow your regular workout. Your joints are dehydrated so dont use hevier weight. Just use low weight at higher reps with less volume. There is no reason to stress your joints with higher weight and volume. This will get you to maintain you current weight streght.

    Your making the right decision bro, trust me. Better to rest and loose 2 days of training than get worse and loose a week.

    i would say rest for a few days and eat right!! you can gain fat while not working out so be careful

    I agree, and I usually feel better after a workout. Ofcourse, if you are absolutely dragging your ass and don't feel like working out, take the time off.

    I gotta take another day off, I couldnt even sleep last night. Up all night feeling like crap, so hard to eat, no appetite.
