    anti catabolic while off gear to help keep gains

    im looking for advice. i am due to finish my course soon and obviously want to keep all my gains if poss. i know all about PCT but also want to throw in a anti catabolic/anabolic drug, obviously with no aromatisation, testosterone inhibiting sides. iv heard clenbutrol or proviron is good for this. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    i like clen in my pct for this purpose...that and a LOT of calories will help keep the weight on

    Proviron is good for bridging cycle to cycle, other than that, ZMA, amino acids, glutamine for anti-catabolic...

    I did a 6 week cycle of clen @ 120 mcg/day. Not only was it anti-catabolic for me I also found that my strength increased as well. I ran it by itself and was 8 months off my previous cycle so I know it was the clen working. Clen will always have a place in my pct from now on.

    i am in my 6th week of PCT and have lost no weight/strength whatsoever
    i was using clen , and proviron and insulin

    how good is glutamine as an anticatabolic anyway ? i have heard diff regarding its use ..

    yeah igf is good at preventing ealy morning catabolism
    i alternate 4 weeks of IGF with 4 weeks of slin
