taking clenbuteral at NIGHT

ive heard that you can take clenbuteral for longer periods of time granted you take benadryl or ketofin with it....
someone on here told me to take it at night with a benadryl, which would help me sleep....

how much benadryl should i take?
and by taking benadryl/ketofin, does it help extend the anti-catabolic of it as well? thanks

take 50mg benadryl or 2mg keto It will put you sound asleep regardless
of clen ...and yes you can take clen for much longer with a antihistimine...
