    var as a kickstart?

    could you use var as a kickstart to test instead of d bol?

    for example
    1-12 test e
    1-4 var

    ???????????????????????????/////////////////////////

    dbol would be superior for a kickstart IMO. I dont think youd see a whole lot, if anything, by running var for only 4 weeks either.

    ya, d bol will should give you a huge jumpstart, the var is mainly for strength not too much on weight at all, just my 2 cents
