End of Cycle - Liquiclen for PCT

Hey bros whats up?....just took my last shot of sustanon on Monday...i know you start PCT 18 Days after last shot....am gonna take clomid, nolva and armidex....i have liquiclen and want to know when i should start it and how much.....also my clen says 200 mcg/ml....i have read on here that you should start out with 20 mcg/ 3 times a day then work your way up to a comfortable level....i guess i have to do some precise measuring because its 200mcg/ml....thanks in advance guys....

Cycle was as follows:

Sustanon 500 mg/week (3X week) for 10 weeks

gained roughly 20 lbs...happy with results...

I'm 6'0" 205 lbs and bf around 11-13 %

i would say throw it in just run it at like 20 mcg for the anti-catabolic effects unless you want to shed bodyfat and remember the new method is not coming off of clen but using benadryl because it prevents downregulating of the receptors

When should I start? I definately want to tone up so i want to shed some BF...what do you recommend?

I would start it when you start PCT... so roughly 2 weeks after your last shot.

at what dose should clen be taken for its anticatabolic effect..also for how long and what is benadryl guys ..peace ,

benadrl is taken at 50mg a night take clen at a dose that your body is comfortable with
