i'm finishing my tren enanthate and prop cycle and i'm 3 days short of 2 weeks prop since my last tren enanthate shot. will i not function or will the tren be out of my system 3 or 4 days short of the 2 week waiting period?

A couple of days isn't going to make or break you either way. It seems you already know how you should have done it so I won't go there.

yeah, i think my prop vials were underfilled.that's why i'm short

i was supposed to stop the prop on monday, but i only have 1 shot left so i will be out on saturday. i took my last shot of tren on the 8th, but all i had left was 125mg instead of the usual 250mg. so you think i'll be o.k for running the prop 10 days instead of 14 since the last tren shot was 1/2 the regular dose?
